Haven't done this in a while...

Usually Ellie is very attentive whenever we go outside and go for walks... But today she was just so pooped she managed to fall asleep in her wagon sitting up! But, of course we didn't want her to tip over so we put the seat-back down and had her take a snooze while Matt and I enjoyed our walk around the subdivision... It was so cute though I had to take a picture! It's been so long since she's just fallen asleep on a walk! :) Matt and I gave up our coats to make her a little more comfy...

How do I put this Eloquently?

Our little girl has just started to take an interest in her potty with no prodding from us. She's already successfully gone twice! I know I'll regret this some day, but we're trying to show her how to take off her pants and diaper so she can start going to the bathroom on her own. It's kind of exciting for us... when Ellie has to go (or has already gone), she'll say "poop", and we'll quick run with her into the bathroom. She then demands that the door be shut before she does her business. I see a lot of work on our part in the future in regards to this, but we're really excited for her.

Architects of the World Beware

Ellie has been really taking an interest in her legos lately, and I, as a proud father, encourage her probably more then I should to play with them. She's really getting the hang of it. We're both really proud of her.

Throwing a Frisbee... Almost.

We were out playing in the yard on one of the nicer days we've had this year and we thought it was about time to get our little athlete trained in the art of frisbee throwing. We showed her how, but our little girl is so smart that she came up with an entirely new way to throw the frisbee...

They are so cute when they sleep, aren't they? We went to Betty Brinn's again, this time with our friends Lindsey and Lexi, and as you can see, they played hard!!!

Betty Brinn Fun

This past Friday Ellie and I were lucky enough to have her Aunt Michelle and cousin Jacob come down to Milwaukee to go to Betty Brinn's Children's Museum and play. The two of them had a blast, sometimes next to each other, sometimes in totally different worlds, but both had a great time, and that's what matters most!
