MegaBlock Tower

Sometimes when it's just Emmy and I at home, we have a hard time finding something that we can play together, but one thing that we always both enjoy is megablocks. In this picture, Emily and I created a Megablock tower that goes all the way from floor to ceiling, and I just had to share :)

A View From the World of Ellie

I had an old 2.0 Megapixel camera that I gave to Ellie. She knows how to turn it on and off, and how to press the button to take pictures. I thought since this was her blog, I'd share some images from the eyes of Ellie.

A lot of the earlier pictures looked like this:

But as she got better at aiming the camera, she found all sorts of subjects for her pictures.

There are dozens of pictures of little people, weeble wobbles, toy kitchens and more, but by far, her favorite subject was Emily. She'll stand 2 inches from Emily's face and take pictures, but Emily doesn't seem to mind :)

Dancing Dornfelds

Well, my girls are going to be dancers... I just know it... :) But for now, they just make me laugh... Pardon my outburst of uncontrollable laughing... I was literally crying... I think I get this trait from my mother... Thanks Grandma! (Sidenote: we had just finished watching the latest Tinker Bell movie - a family favorite, and the music at the end got the girls going!)



I think Emily is going to be an amazing interpretive dancer... Whatcha think? And Ellie is the queen of spinning, so we'll see where that takes us! :)

Santa this year..

A little overdue, but here's the pics of the girls when they saw Santa this year... They were still a little scared, but, it was fun all the same!!!

Back Early Dec.

Back in Early Dec. when we had one of the first snow falls, we had some fun Ellie-Mama-Dada time... Mama & Ellie made snow angels, and Dada & Ellie made a snowman!

Mama showed Ellie how to have a snowball fight with Dada! :)

Well, I have two little princesses now! Can you believe it? They grow up too fast!

Emily's hair is starting to grow more too! So, we like to have fun with it... Especially at bath time!

Long overdue updates

Well, it's been a long time since I've given an update, but most recently, Ellie got a new hair cut, so I'll share that post first and I'll add more posts this weekend, I promise!!! Ellie did GREAT getting her hair cut at Kiddo's in Pewaukee! We'll definatley be going there again!

Well, it's that time of year, sorry for the long lapse between posts, but here's our little cuties, we've got the cutest Kangaroo & cowgirl around! So, of course we had to share!

This past weekend, we had some visitors from afar and had a blast! Carla brought her new baby girl (Addysen - SUCH A CUTIE!), Cassy brought her adorable two girls (Ella & Taylor), and Lola came for a short while too! So of course, I had to share a few pics!

Here is Ella and Ella playing their fun games - in and out of the pool, back and forth, back and forth.... Over and over again! :)

All about Emily...

We LOVE our Emily, so this post is all about her... She has us laughing and rolling and having a great time ALL the time... She's just so cute! And she's already losing some of her baby chub! Luckily, she's still got a little to last us a bit, 'cause LOVE every inch of her!

Emily has OFFICIALLY done her first crawl (on Aug 22 - Sat. but we finally got it on firlm Aug 23rd.. It's hard to catch!) She's still getting used to it, but we're so proud!

How could you not be proud of any person that makes you so happy!

Hula-hooping...

Well, for all those who LOVED the hula-dancing... Ellie also liked the hula-hoop! But I think we can see who the star of this video is, and we LOVE our neices, so we had to share how good Callah did too!!! :) (And added a pic of Emmie and Dave cause, well, cause it's so cute!)

Circus

July was a month full of fun and LOTS of pictures... So, we thought you might like to see a few of them! And where better a place to start then at the Circus...


Aunt Annie and Uncle Terry met Ellie and I out at the Circus to see animals, have our first snowcone, and of course... DANCE!
